Then and Now Records is an independent record label based out of Freehold, NJ dedicated to showcasing talent of the present and past with a unique perspective. From starting out in DIY bands to managing younger talent for 7 years, Matt Naimoli is an industry veteren transitioning to label owner in order to showcase rising stars. Eric McLellan spent over 10.5 years as a frontline music executive rising to Director of A&R at Warner Bros Records, Sire Records, and ADA distribution. Together, the two hope to grow Then and Now into a household name.
